An Insight into Hello Yeshi

An Insight into Hello Yeshi

Welcome to my blog!ย

Here is an insight into how Hello Yeshi came about –

I considered starting my own blog for a long time. Hello Yeshi is a way to express myself on a platform that will reach family, friends (old and new) and readers. I received sound advice and support from existing bloggers and people that know my creative side.

The only problem I had – what should I blog about?ย I assumed it would be easy – I would start a Travel blog! It’s one of the few things in my life that I can draw inspiration from, and it’s the one thing I encourage everyone to do. Although, I could not just let it be about travel and abandon sharing my love for food? No way, food had to be included!

This is not your average travel or food blog. I will be sharing as much information as I possibly can, whilst engaging my readers. I’ve also adopted an ask-me-anything policy, in which you can ask me something on this platform or privately and I will try to assist. Also, my rantings and ravings may sometimes deter from the core topics of this blog but I sure will find a place to post those!

Chicago, Illinois, USA

What is Hello Yeshi?

My intention is to eat good food, with good company, as often as I can and wander to new places, meet new people and live a cultured life! I want to share my passions through this blog, and hope for others to see the world the way I do – with love, compassion, hope and a hunger for learning.

I’m often asked about my travels and then I get into character to tell my tales of living abroad, the places I visited and about the experiences I’ve had. Traveling is invigorating and inspiring, and food is no less! I consider food and travel collectively – both hold an experience, impression and a feeling of satisfaction when fulfilled.

Almost always, food is involved when you travel, it adds to the adventure and memories such as pretzels and pizza in New York City; pani puri and pav baji in Mumbai; fresh fish and chips in Cape Town and Durban’s infamous bunny chow.
